These terms are a product draft, not legal advice. The publisher identity, governing law, refund terms, and plan details will be finalized with counsel before selling the service.

Service

MultiVoice Studio turns speaker-labelled text into synthetic multi-voice narration. Features, supported engines, credit allowances, and availability may change during the pre-launch period. The current preview uses a best-effort hosted Chatterbox adapter; reference-voice cloning and availability depend on that public service. A private model deployment will be used before sensitive or paid content is accepted.

Your content and voice rights

You retain rights you hold in scripts, reference recordings, and generated output. You grant the service the limited rights needed to host, process, and return that content. You may upload or clone a voice only when you are the speaker or have explicit, documented permission from the speaker or rights holder.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, deceptive political content, non-consensual intimate material, harassment, unlawful surveillance, infringement, or any activity that violates a person's publicity, privacy, biometric, copyright, or other rights. Do not remove or deliberately defeat synthetic-audio watermarking or disclosure.

Credits and billing

One voice credit represents one generated character. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Successful generation consumes credits; a generation that fails in the service is refunded automatically. Generated audio is stored for 30 days before automatic deletion, so download copies you want to keep. Paid subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds will be described in the final checkout terms before live billing is enabled.

ChatGPT and Codex plugin

The plugin can use entitlements already associated with your MultiVoice Studio account. It does not sell subscriptions or credits and cannot change your billing plan.

AI disclosure

Output is AI-generated and may contain pronunciation, pacing, consistency, or factual errors. Review it before publication. You are responsible for audible or visible disclosure required by the audience, platform, or applicable law.

Availability and liability

The pre-launch service is provided as available without an uptime commitment. The final terms must contain warranties, liability limits, indemnities, dispute procedures, and service-level commitments appropriate to the publishing entity and jurisdiction.
